This is Z, the Zoroark. He is probably one of the strongest enemies to appear in The Worlds. His first appearance was the Planet Timer Afterwards Eventure. Well..... technically it was Planet Timer itself, but he was in disguise then, so he actually revealed himself to be Z in TGWTLT World after Planet Timer.

What is all of that blurry stuff in the back? You may ask. Well that happens to be The Guy Who Talks Like This. His remains falling from the sky, that is. The blue part is the airship that he is commonly seen as, but the little blobby glitch boxes is actually him, since he's a Missingno.

The whole idea of Z was somehow inspired by a mixture of Pokemon Black and White information being released recently and me watching an FF13 Versus trailer for the first time. So during this part of the Eventure, it plays the background music in this Final Fantasy XIII Versus Trailer. (That game looks way better than regular FF13, by the way!)

So I'm going to now paste A LOT from the Eventure on this part, just because I think it seemed pretty main, and the part this picture is from will only make sense if you can get a little understanding of what is going on:
[05:10] * Weisube turns to his side to notice that the Guard is no longer there.
[05:10] <Weisube> Huh? Wonder where that guy went.
[05:12] * Guard stands on top of TGWTLT now.
[05:12] <TGWTLT> How did you get up here!?
[05:12] <Guard> While you were distracted with those others.
[05:12] <TGWTLT> Who do you think you are!?
[05:12] <Guard> Just wait and see.
[05:13] * Guard enters into TGWTLT's airship, as he runs through the halls.
[05:13] <TGWTLT> Get out of here!
[05:14] * TGWTLT makes glitch boxes fly around, aiming for Guard, but he continues to run through, as they simply bounce off of him.
[05:14] <TGWTLT> Why aren't they hitting you!?
[05:19] * Guard eventually arrives in the main control room, as a Missingno. is revealed to be the one controlling the airship: TGWTLT.
[05:20] <Guard> We meet one on one at last.
[05:24] <TGWTLT> Who are you?
[05:26] * Guard slowly removes his helmet to reveal a Zoroark.
[05:26] <Guard> It is I, Z.
[05:26] <TGWTLT> !?!?!?!?!
[05:26] <Z> How long has it been now, my student?
[05:27] <TGWTLT> I thought you died.
[05:28] <Z> The Man Who Does Not Speak and I may have been sealed away, but I have broken free from there.
[05:28] <TGWTLT> Then he's...!?
[05:28] <Z> No need to worry. He is still sealed away.
[05:29] <Z> As long as he does not find the right vessel, we shall be safe from his reign.
[05:30] <TGWTLT> But who freed you?
[05:31] <Z> Who says anyone freed me?
[05:31] <TGWTLT> Wait, if you broke free, then can't he---!?
[05:31] <Z> Quit coming to conclusions, foolish student.
[05:32] <Z> You have been misusing your powers as a World Leader.
[05:32] <TGWTLT> What?
[05:34] <Z> There is no need for you to befriend any of The Kids. Your goal is to destroy them.
[05:34] <TGWTLT> No, not all of them are bad.
[05:35] <Z> Your mission was to destroy all of The Kids. That bond you made with them was supposed to be temporary, but you seem to have forgotten.
[05:36] <TGWTLT> No, things have changed.
[05:37] <Z> Then you must face the consequences of your actions.
[05:37] * Z holds out his hand, powering up a large black ball.
[05:37] <TGWTLT> Wait, don't!
[05:37] <Z> This is the end of you.
[05:40] * Z throws the large black ball forward, as TGWTLT explodes into many pieces, screaming. The airship then bursts into pieces, as all that remains is Z, floating there and laughing as the remains fall around him.
[05:40] <Weisube> What just happened!?
[05:45] <Wishbone> Ihh, that guy just beat him!
[05:46] * Z descends, now standing before The Kids.
[05:46] * Wishbone trots over to him with a smile on his face.
[05:46] <Wishbone> Ihhh, good job!
[05:46] <Z> For what?
[05:46] <Z> Throwing out a piece of trash?
[05:47] <Wishbone> Uh?
[05:47] <Knuckles> WAOOHHH!!!!!!!
[05:47] <Knuckles> THE GEK JUST DIED!
[05:47] <KnuxJr> Uh oh, who's that guy?
[05:47] <YellowBoy> Whoa!
[05:48] * Goku and the orphans head back over towards Wishbone.
[05:48] <Z> And now, to destroy all of The Kids.
[05:49] * Wishbone turns to the orphans suddenly.
[05:49] <Wishbone> Get out of here, hurry!
[05:49] * Z holds his hand forward, as a small black beam shoots through Wishbone, causing him to fall to the ground, blood flowing from the fresh wound.
[05:49] <UtherAnimal> W-Wishbone!
[05:50] <Eather> Oh no!!
[05:50] <Goku> The Little Ones!!
[05:51] <YellowBoy> Whoa, that guy's gonna kill everyone!
[05:52] * Weisube looks around, clenching his gun. "There's no way we can do anything against a guy this powerful!!"
[05:52] <Knuckles> WAOHH!!
[05:52] <Knuckles> Nays, hurry over here!
[05:53] * None of them head towards him.
[05:53] <Knuckles> Thing hurry up, we're gonna die!!
[05:53] * Animal backs away from Z, then looks over to Knuckles. He then runs over to him.
[05:54] <Animal> I don't wanna die!!
[05:54] * FAnimal watches Animal run over there, and follows. Eather and Uther Animal closely follow.
[05:55] <Z> Running a few steps away will do you no good.
[05:55] <Z> I can destroy this entire world at my will.
[05:55] * KnuxJr picks up Bobby and throws him towards Z.
[05:55] <KnuxJr> Waoohhh sorry Bobby!!
[05:55] <Bobby> What have you done to me!?
[05:56] * Bobby lands face first in front of Z, as Z gleams down at him.
[05:56] <Bobby> M-Majin Buu will awaken!!!
[05:56] * Niké runs towards Knuckles with Goten's body on his back.
[05:57] * Goku drags Piggero and Wishbone over to them.
[05:57] * Weisube looks at Z, who now holds a large black ball, then sighs, running towards Knuckles.
[05:58] * Z throws the black ball at Bobby's head. His head then explodes, as blood flies from his headless body.
[05:58] <YellowBoy> Whoa, that guy's head just fell off!
[05:58] <Knuckles> WAOOHHH!!!
[05:58] <Weisube> C'mon, why'd you call us over here!?
[05:58] <Knuckles> Waoh, let's get OUTTA HERE!!!!!!!
[05:59] <KnuxJr> Hurry, let's go to Hawky and Piggy!!!
[05:59] <Knuckles> YAINO!!!
[05:59] * Knuckles holds onto all of The Kids as Z heads their way. He then quickly teleports away.
[05:59] * Z blinks, looking around.
[05:59] <Z> You can't hide for long.
[06:00] <Z> At the right moment, I will destroy all of The Kids.

Edit: After watching the trailer for the 13th Pokemon Movie, I've realized that Zoroark has the ability to change forms at will. This further explains how Z was able to hide his true identity behind the identity of that guard/soldier.
