Cipo is the son of a famous inventor, so has learned some valuable skills from his father and is very knowledgeable in tech. Cipo is tasked with the job of watching over The Nays no matter which World they're in, but he comes from Mr Dude World originally. Although he is directing them, he's very close in age to them, so they often don't take him very seriously.

UPDATE: I originally drew this in 2015, but then redrew it in 2024 as my first drawing of the year, since that's usually Cipo-related. Because 2024 is a year that I'm planning to draw more NADs, I thought this would be a fitting starting place.
